Just a short warning about the postal situation here. Recently we have encountered some problems with getting packages through to us in one piece (or at all). It seems that we cannot guarantee parcels getting here and so we would have to recommend (unfortunately :-( ) that people not send us parcels for the time being.
Packages mailed directly from online retailers (e.g. Amazon etc) seem to arrive with no problems, and if they don’t the retailer often offers a refund, and so they are fine. If you wish to send us a package we would advise restricting it to things from our Amazon gift list or low cost items (that you don’t really mind losing in the worst case scenario) and letting us know what it is and when you sent it so we can follow it up.
We are very sad this is the case and we continue to talk to the post office here about these problems. We just hope this helps reduce expectations and improve success rates!
