Postal problems - an update
Unfortunately post remains a frustration here. Obviously we cannot tell how much of this is due to Christmas (maybe we will receive a whole bundle in mid-January!?!), but there are multiple parcels that have yet to arrive. As we mentioned previously, items sent directly from Amazon are usually fine however there have been instances of those going missing too. We would advise you to keep an eye on the online tracking and projected delivery date, and if you do not hear from us saying thanks by then please do write and check whether we have received it. If we haven't you can email Amazon and inform them (requesting a refund or for them to resend the item). Hope this helps.
